This platform facilitates quarterly enrollment reporting to the NIH. NIH Collaboratory Trial teams input enrollment data via forms, enabling the NIH to review the data through reports and graphs, assessing trial progress.

NIH Collaboratory Trial teams submit enrollment and milestone forecasts before trial initiation and then provide quarterly data on enrollment, including participant race, ethnicity, and sex. These data allow tracking of enrollment progress and participant characteristics throughout the trial.

REPORTING

In addition to the raw enrollment data, users have access to visual reports comparing actual to anticipated enrollment and milestones over time and displaying participant demographics for a selected trial year and quarter.
